Dr. Charm has amassed over three decades of experience in the innovation and technology industry. He previously served as the Chief Public Mission Officer of Cyberport and held senior executive positions at leading multinational, Chinese, and Hong Kong enterprises such as IBM, Oracle, HSBC, Jardine Pacific, and Kingdee. Dr. Charm specializes in digital strategy and transformation, corporate innovation, intrapreneurship, and start-up cultivation. He possesses technical expertise in areas such as big data, AI, fintech, blockchain, and e-commerce. In 2020, Dr. Charm published his book 《數碼力大提升》.
